Anybody do TM? How'd you learn? Is the only way to learn by going to a TM Center and paying?
Heard good things about TM and was thinking it might help with stress in my life.
Interested in the OT's opinion.

You can learn it a lot cheaper from someone off the internet than those centers. But if you can't figure it out on your own it may be worthwhile to have someone walk you through it even though it is absurd pricing for how little they teach.
