Neither

I have my pals at the local donut shop help a brother out.

Doubling down. Why would you be able to tailgate when passing? That's dumb as shite.

Wouldn't his best bet for your cell phone video of him speeding not coming to light be to just drive away and never interact with you again??? No. As stated before, the trooper has just finished another traffic stop when I passed, then trooper caught up to me doing 90 plus without lights on and was clearly not in performance of her duties. Only speeding.

I'm not sure you understand what I'm saying

If he just moves on with his day you likely won't do anything with video and even if you did might not be able to figure out who the officer was

By giving you a ticket he is pissing you off and would certainly motivate you to try to raise a stink with video

I don't think he saw you videoing

Pay the ticket and submit an anonymous complaint to the state troopers Department of Internal Affairs. Treat it as two separate incidents. You will not get out of your ticket and the judge has no jurisdiction over the trooper.

maybe maybe not. However, one ticket has already been dismissed, with the following too close also being dismissed. However there was a slight wrinkle that when I requested the videos, th judge reset the trial date.

Also, initial requests were denied for the footage as the state claimed it would impact their investigation. Total bs as the videos would exonerate me.

Overheard the court clerk speaking about my case saying to the judge that they took care of it...ie told the trooper not to show up.

Not on dismissals or not guilty verdicts.

Happened today? Damn, Justice works fast where you live. Didn't realize you could get a ticket and have court date the same day. That's almost unbelievable.
