Nope. There are some major clusterfricks at lights around town. The 10-west exit ramps at Highland and Essen are both wonky as frick.
Some times They'll turn green for about 2 seconds.
Other times, it'll skip your turn for two cycles. No bullshite. Two full cycles. We timed it at 6 minutes to get a green light earlier this week.
Other times they work just fine.
And It's happened at both lights at different times of day to my family.

There was a wreck on the bridge that it brought it down to, get this, one lane. Waze showed my 45 minute drive to be 2:15. Guess what these asshats are doing for a year. I fricking hate Baton Rouge.

The lights at i10/Highland/Perkins have got to be the absolute worst in the city.
I wanna say after the hurricane they were somehow mostly synced and it was incredible.

Yup. The southbound lanes get like 2-3 minutes of green and the northbound lanes get about 10 seconds.
