I think I have like 5 different apps and they just aren't doing it for me.
A good radar app, like RadarScope and something to pull local conditions is all you need. All the weatherbugs and wunderground or weather channel basically have the same forecasts. Your phone will get EMS alerts without any app.

Is there any decent benefit to paying that $9.99 annual pro subscription for RadarScope? I just downloaded the app

Folks in Louisiana will be in shock tomorrow morning from this squall line. Intense rain in Houston.

Was worth the $10 or so. I’ve seen cells on there 4-5 minutes before they get warned in the vicinity of my home. That 4-5 minutes more is huge with a baby

Not really for the average person. Most of the options in the regular version are overkill for 95% of people.
Good! That's the benefit right there once you know what you're looking for. That and it's pretty damn easy to use.

Radar Scope is worth every penny.

What I'm looking for is an app that gives directional arrows as to what direction the cell is moving.

The old wunderground.com radar still shows that I believe but typically the motion of cells is pretty apparent by watching. They don't do crazy things, they flow in the direction the overall pattern is pushing things.

I miss this on Storm. I was always ahead of the game. Now it’s a big piece of crap.

RadarScope does it, but I don't out a ton of stock into it.
