How do you read the tornado parameter gif?

See, this is why I like the little arrows.
I have no idea what that is.

I'm sleeping fully dressed tonight. I don't want to wake up in the middle of the street in my tighty whities.

When it comes to STP you generally go by anything above 0 gets your attention, and anything above 1 is associated with most ef2 or higher tornadoes. STP isn't all you need for a tornado, but it gives you a good idea what ingredients are there.

Lol I'm a little more dressed than usual myself. Can't be a naked while clinging for life wrapped around a pine tree.

Checking in from Deridder, I’m ok

That one looks to have already spun down. Keeping a watch on the southern end of that blob of cells and on those little streamers pulling out of the gulf.

Glad you’re ok

Also, remember that in the cool season we don't see STP values as high as we do in the spring and summer. Something like Mod SHERBE might be more useful in these setups with really high shear.

I’m upvoting you, cause you sound like you know your shite.

Yes when I’m picking the pine bark out of my teeth I’ll think the same

Is this gonna hit nola? Looks like it’s moving northeast to where it’s not gonna hit. Is that true or false

Yes, you're going to get the line in NOLA.

Checking in from Concordia Parish.
Winds picking, little rain, bunch of thunder and lightning. Just a small cell passing through. Hairy stuff around 1:30-2:30am
