Prolly sitting on the border of a WFO area. NWS has different weather forecasting offices set up to
Forecast different areas. One office has determined that area to be worthy of a warning but the next forecast office whose region it is moving into so far has decided it isn't worthy of a warning or at least not yet
Over time you can actually learn the tendencies of each WFO if you watch long enough. For instance the Memphis forecast office is pretty trigger happy and oftentimes as storms move from north MS (Memphis's area) into AL you'll notice warnings drop off and neither Birmingham or Huntsville ever warn the storm and there's no reports of an unwarned tornado
It really bugs me bc I think FAR (false alarm rate) is a big problem and one that causes people to ignore warnings a lot of times

That corner of Lousiana gets a ton of tornadoes. There's always some from US 425 to the Mississippi River every event
