When you get to the point where you no longer look like an improved version of yourself and you just look like a different person altogether, it starts feeling creepy. I wonder how that conversation works with the surgeons. “I can make you a 6.5 version of yourself or I can shoot for an 8 but you’ll be a different person.”

Copious amounts of makeup, hair dye, etc can make anyone look completely different.

Totally agree! I always felt bad for her for being so unattractive, (down votes rain down). She looks good. But, She'll be fricking around on her husband soon enough.
