Is this the requirement? At the minimum I think it should be 22 on the ACT and 2.7 GPA (it should be closer to a B average).

TOPS is preventing the free market from working. Schools can’t raise tuition because the state then eats that. So rather than making TOPS more difficult they keep it and jack the fees up astronomically. My son is paying more in fees than tuition at UL. Crying arse shame.
