Hi Darrin, we all know you went around 250 miles to stab me in the back.
I never had to do this. Usually the cream rises to the top unless the cream was back stabbed.

Affect my paycheck... My problem.

What do you mean after your paycheck? If she is costing you money, go talk to whoever is in charge and explain the issue to them.

Be upfront. That's much better than going behind someone's back and being "sneaky" about it an all that other bitch shite.

Tell her when she is doing shite wrong. If I am doing something wrong, I want to know so I can know how to do it right. And tell her she is fricking with your money.

1) Post her pic.

2) I will reply "Hey, I know that broad. She's the one who brags about stealing from her employer."

3) Show her boss this thread.

4) She gone.

Real Talk:

I had an employee who i caught stealing, found on camera onsite after hours on a weekend (humorously, he was actually the tech in charge of the cameras and deleted some of the video of him, but not all,) took a day off, then walked into a common area when he thought we were all in a meeting and turned around and walked out, i found out he had taken an old server and was pirating 1000s of movies and TV shows after hours, logged in remotely from his home to clock in, lied that work was done and closed work orders, and in general was just a terrible employee.

unfortunately this was for a school so he had to kill somebody or sleep with a student to get fired. i took all this to my higher up for years and he just let it slide.

finally i got a new boss who put up with no nonsense and was in complete agreement about getting him out of there. he started with one ticky tacky (but merited) verbal warning. Then he found him closing a ticket that wasn't done and gave a written warning. he let it sit for a month but documented every single thing that the guy did wrong for that month and then submitted it all on a Friday afternoon to HR and he was escorted out as soon as he walked in the door at 8:15 (he was supposed to be at work at 7:30) Monday.

Depending on your HR policy, document a verbal, document a written warning, and then build up valid evidence that you can submit within those warnings being on record.

This happened right after the flood in 2016. There was this woman at a big box store in the paint department who would not wait on me. She would look for anything to do but help me, all I needed was the proper tint added to a base. The first time it happened I just figured she was busy and I left, I'd just come back another day.

The next time after waiting 10 minutes while she took care of someone of her race, she went to another person that looked like her who had just walked up to the counter. So I left my stuff on the counter and finished my shopping for the project, but before I went to the paint counter, I turned on the movie capture on my phone, then stuck it in my pocket so it would record what I saw. She still would not wait on me.

I could not believe this, so I went to Sherwin Williams. But I got pissed off about it and spent some time on the phone with customer service. I asked them to check the store video for those dates and times. I got an apology, I don't know if they fired her, but I didn't see her there again.

Push for them to have some responsibility that they aren't confident on which should be enough rope to hang themselves.

This could backfire, but make sure that it doesn't.

I’d like to say that the people who deserve to be fired will find themselves out of a job at some point, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Suck the right dick, and you can practically get away with murder. I work with more than a few people who are either terrible at their job, lazy as hell or just a shitty person to be around. Because they all suck up to the boss, they can get away with their shite. With all that said, unless someone goes out of their way to make my job hard or jeopardize my position, I don’t really care. Be a worthless shite bag; just stay out of my way.
