It's a great club. Not too crowded. They just put in a new splash pad/pool for the kiddos. The weight room is really nice with plenty of equipment.

They have limited space, and will only let you join if you have a hot SO.

Francos is great. PAC is a dump.

PAC is great, only suggestion would be I wish they upgraded their locker room and added a cold tub.

PAC is in no way a dump. That’s the new Mandeville crowd for you. PAC is a great club for the price. Franco’s is great, but it’s over crowded and space is limited. Plus it’s more of a social gathering than an actual gym. Stone Creek has helped that but it’s still just a hot spot to socialize and say you go to Franco’s. I mean just look at this thread.

PAC and Franco’s are pretty much on par with each other. Was a member of Franco’s for years. Switched to PAC due to it being closer to work. Very nice club with some nice perks.

PAC and Franco's roughly equal depends on what you want, neither is a dump.

The weight room at PAC > Franco's, bright lots of space not crowded. At Franco's it's upstairs dingy old, no sunlight an afterthought.

The tennis courts are better at Franco's, rubico vs concrete at PAC.

The pools are about the same but Franco's has a nicer kids section with slides but costs $5 to get in. PAC put in some splash pad thing which is okay but not like slides.

Franco's has better food/cafe.

I'm mainly there for the weights with a little tennis and some swimming. PAC is closer to the house and work (just three minutes away) so I go there. If I lived in Beau Chene, I'd be at Franco's.

The big negative about Franco's is that it is way too crowded but all in all it is a little better than PAC.

Stone Creek blows them both out of the water by a country mile though. Stone Creek is in a different league.

Funny, Francos is much closer but the westbound traffic on 22 is so bad in the evenings its still a shorter drive to PAC.

PAC is better. Less traffic nearby, better tennis community and very good work out area. Definitely worth it.

Stone Creek> Franco’s> PAC

With that said PAC still a nice club and much easier to get in and out of if you are on that side of Mandeville.
