if I am wrong, I will admit it - but I do not think the girl attacked int he video instigated the fight - from what I have read, the Trans kid got on the bus and attacked the friend and the girl in the video jumped in to try and defend her friend.
then got attacked outside of the bus as she was yelling at the adults.

It’s difficult to narrow down exactly what you are talking about. Sometimes it seems like you are talking intersex and other times it seems like you have bought into the whole mythology of being “assigned” a sex at birth.

Every time one of you talk about “promoting this mental illness” it always in the context of being a completely unsympathetic a-hole.

I think most of them understand that they’re limited to cosmetic changes.

You're such a clown. "Intersex" is when a child is born with one set of biological chromosomes, but opposite genitalia. It usually goes one way, for the most part, due to fetal exposure to androgens in the womb. That way is a biological female, with XX chromosomes and internal reproductive system of a female. So they have a uterus. They also have some version of a penis, testicle, or both on the outside of their bodies.
"Transgender" is when a normal male or female is born with zero defects and just decides later on that they "feel" like they're a male or female opposite what they were born.
So, one is a true physical birth defect. One is a mental disorder than has seen an explosion of cases due to social contagion.
