I couldn't really see his finger after the first pull, but it could also be that he has his gun rigged to fire on the trigger pull and also on the release of the trigger. Can fire very quickly that way.
ETA: Not sure what the downvotes are about. This is absolutely something people do to firearms.

In that world, both get that government card. The difference is, one gets groceries and the other whores out the card for whatever she can get on the taxpayers dime. Selling food stamps, which was different back in the day, can’t just be a Louisiana thing.
