Aramark shite the bed again in the south club. Out of half the stuff before it started. Sitting in 2 hours of traffic and people were Hungry. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

I'm from the south, love the south, and miss the south all the time. But, the narrative that oregon is some communist state with "authoritarian" forces is false. Truly, false.
At any rate, this thread is about garth fricking brooks, so i would not want to derail a thread such as this. Glad to finally learn who opened. Sounds like a bad arse show, he threw it down up here.

then why does half of Oregon want to leave and create a new state? the entirety of the state is governed by a few neighborhoods in Portland

That narrative is being driven by the shenanigans happening in Portland. I know that outside of that festering shithole there are some good people since I see that they have a lot of outdoor activities for regular baws.

Not wanting to derail again, but I have never felt a fear of the law up here, getting pulled over and acosted for bull shite, like you deal with in the south. I have felt much greater levels of personal freedoms in Oregon, because that's sort of their thing, than I ever felt in Alabama.
Why do they want to seceed? Portland is a whole different thing from the rest of the state. I don't visit portland often, but I can tell you there's a whoooolllleee lot more in the state of Oregon than Portland. Which, admittedly, is a shitshow.

Seeing that Calling Baton Rouge video and the packed crowd has me a little bummed I didn’t go, looks like it delivered on the hype hope everyone had a blast!
