This thread is full of dumb people saying TopGolf will fail when Blue Bayou has been open since as long as I can remember. The customer base that will go to TopGolf is substantially better for prolonged success than the Blue Bayou base, mainly due to the fact that they are more likely to have disposable income to spend.
