The businesses that tend to attract the rift raff in BR are those where people can go loiter and not buy anything (malls etc). If they don't allow this it will be fine.
The location is pretty isolated as well.
The Main Event at the Mall of LA will probably have an interesting crowd on Fri/Sat nights though.
