How’s the construction of the Top Golf in BR going?

Also, do you think the north shore will ever get a top golf? Possibly in Mandeville or Covington?

I was just thinking about this earlier this morning. My opinion was that it was moving slow, but then I'm sure when they actually started construction. Anyone know when they got started?

Those 3 hour wait times are going to be so sweet for the first 6 months it's open

It'll be great for about 2 months after opening. Than it'll be overrun by ne'er-do-wells and Baton Rouge will be scared of it.

The steel was up a few months ago when I drove by. Supposedly opening late this year or early 2019.

SO damn true

I'm hoping you can book online

Has all of the wet weather delayed construction any? It seems we can't go 2 days without rain right now

I have only been once, and did not pay for it, but I think this is a little out of their price point.

Which is exactly why I asked about a possible north shore location too? It’s got the demographics that top golf is seeking.

That segment of our population doesn't play golf and it's not free.

They’ll find their way there. Just to loiter. I sure hope they strictly enforce the rules there and don’t let riff Raff hang around.

It’s not golf. A large portion of the building is just a big bar/restaurant. They’ll be there you can book it.

Structural is all done. Probably finishing up electrical before they start doing the finish work on the building.

It'll never be on the North Shore, not near big enough.
