Either is fine. Spring is probably preferred but I would choose based on convenience to your location.

Never been to the one in spring. But I've never had a bad time at the one in Katy.

Went to Katy last year. It was kinda dingy but was still fun. I went to Tampa last week and it seemed well lit and happening.

Katy is one of the busiest in the country. I enjoy both, but I would go Spring over Katy if its during busy hours. Both are about the same distance from me though. If one is significantly closer, I wouldn't drive out of my way to go to the other.

This. I'm about 40 minutes from both; nothing like driving to one and hearing about an hour wait
