I attempted to go to the one in Frisco last week. I couldn't even find a parking spot.

Me and my buddies went to the one in Houston when we went for the Wisconsin game, had a great time it was a blast.

Went there once for a business meeting. Stayed for the golf and drinks. It was fun.

The really cool thing about Top Golf is that a lot of their clientele don't play golf. So having a huge golf playing population isn't a necessity.
It's somewhat expensive though at $40/hr on weekends, so you do need a population with money.

Yeah, it looks like the Katy location is 11 acres, which includes parking and stormwater. We know that Louisiana doesn't give a shite about stormwater, so you really only need 10 acres, maybe 8 if you built a parking garage. There's 35 acres by Mardi Gras World.
