Before looking down at the list, the two obvious ones for Baton Rouge were 70810 and 70817.

What’s in 70809 that can offset the wealth in Bocage?

70808 I can get since there is a lot of stuff.

I bet 70816 is close to making the list.

there is more money all the way down HWY 308 and LA 1 than the entire state other than Audubon Place

I made the list.
70503 in the house (Woodvale/West Bayou) and yes I do have a Red's membership.

Surprised 70508 (southside Lafayette near Kaliste Saloom or 70592 (Youngsville) didn't make the list.

Like most of 70808 capital heights ,70806, is hood adjacent. That pulls down the numbers a ton.
