My Parish is number 2. I was not surprised by that as my home town's Main Street had 8 bars in two blocks and only had maybe 2500 people at the time I grew up there.

None. I used to go to nicks...but I would never call it hanging out. In general the people of Plaquemine seem to have an over inflated sense of importance...douchebags. Brag about how the mafia runs the town and you have to be "connected". They want to be so much more than what they are.
