23% of adults in Iberville Parish report excessive drinking, making it the number one parish in the state. 35% of driving deaths in the parish were caused by drinking and driving, and the parish has 8.69 bars per 10,000 people, 52% more than the Louisiana average.

They based it off of crash statistics, bars per capita, and very small samples polled in each parish
