Ours gives 2 one-dollar coins and a handmade business card with a note written in calligraphy.
First tooth may have been more, plus a new fancy toothbrush and toothpaste.

Well its my son so glitter and magical calligraphy ain't happening.
My wife (no pics) got a very small pillow that the tooth slips into with some embroidery on it. I believe we'll take the tooth out and the money will go in its place.

That means a lot. More importantly, I didn't know it was for a girl. I assumed it was for a boy.

2-5 dollars. We always used the dollar coins because they had never seen them before.
