That shite is rare even on commercials. There are multiple directors and producers I've worked for in Dallas who can't be bothered to learn the below the line crew's names even though it's essentially the same 50 or so people who work on every damn production here. Once you've worked 5 or so commercials you've pretty much worked with 90% of everyone there is to know in Dallas. It's insanely insulting how some of these people act.

Although, I'll say the worst are the agency creatives during the post production process. They treat editors, sound design, and client services like trash when mostly all they do is nit pick and play on their phones.
