I got a growler that carbonates my home brew for more portability. Kind of a niche gift but I freaking love it. Very happy.

Reviews seem good enough. Got them 20% off so the William Sonoma “markup” was basically negated which put them in line with other high end artisan blades. They come damn sharp. Beeen reading about Japanese steel and that they are less likely to chip when honed using a ceramic rod. And can send them to be sharpened yearly for free outside of shipping. We got the 11 piece set which is 9 knives along with 4 steak knives. Will slowly grow the set to 15 or so. The block has room.
