Keep telling yourself that. Doesn't happen in my neighborhood, and FWIW I live next door to a black family (mother and father).

If i were an urbanite, i would travel to places like Bocage to take things.
People in those areas live in a bubble and think their safe little neighborhood has no issues and leave stuff sitting out.
