Carts left in the parking lot are sometimes actually a benefit to the elderly who use them to maintain their balance walking into the store- after they arrive and find that all of the handicapped parking spaces have been occupied by "others"....
Anyway....I don't get bothered by this type of crap. These days in this area you get amped up enough as it is on the drive there....
