When it comes to time, the time of stopped transmission and the time of that seismic event, try to get everything in Greenwich Mean Time because NFL is a half an hour off standard time. Abd which time did the mothership follow and record?

The word you’re looking for is UTC. Hard to tell as of now, but, in my best judgement (I work closely in this same field), the dive time and that seismic anomaly match up pretty close with respect to their supposed UTC times.

Would you mind explaining your link to us like we're a newborn calf? Is that seismic activity when the bell may have hit the ocean floor or what? TIA

He's thinking that it is seismic activity measured due to the implosion of the sub.

it had 50 test dives - one of which was even deeper than the Titanic itself and it remained intact.

You realize that just because it survived 50 tests that doesn't mean it can make 5,000,000 dives? Something like that needs to be stress tested until it fails to determine how many dives it can make.
Maybe 51 is 1 too many.

It's presumably from the implosion.

That’s the seismic record for the station during the day (Sunday). Notice it’s all quiet until a very large deflection of the sensor (deflected by movement of the physical sensor). These deflections are caused by pressure waves passing through.

Note that if you look at the next day, it’s nothing but noise because the ocean is quiet again. From that record, you can see 2 deflections. The first small is probably the initial breach of the pressure hull, the larger deflection is probably the actual implosion.

Put the pod on a wire rope tether.
Winch it back up if something goes wrong.

I guess that's a best case scenario for the passengers, right? Beats slowly suffocating in an iron sarcophagus.

Think of it this way...they loved the Titanic so much, and now they get to be part of it.

I've been watching videos on this channel, he does anxiety inducing videos talking about tragedies that occurred while people were caving, diving, cave diving (nope), etc. He will need to make a new video soon I guess.

Interesting. I wonder if this was kind of a sales pitch/trip considering he had two other people on there who were extremely rich. Maybe looking for some resources for further r&d?

Maybe just pals.
