Saline nasal rinse. No need to buy anything. Just some warm water with a little salt in it.
Just make sure it's distilled water or boiled tap water.

Never had dry sinuses but I think I had an issue of aerosinusitis flying two months ago. That hurt so damn bad so I'm thinking about going to an ENT too just to check it out before I fly.
Anyone else has that before? Felt like my head was going to explode to the left of my nose and above my left eye.

Life saver for me
Just tried this bottle for the first time. The large diameter of the hole gives off some pretty intense blasts. Works like a charm.

I am going to try the humidifier. I always have had sinus issues but it's normally congestion and allergies. This dry crap is about a sucky as congestion.
It will help. It wasn't until I got into my 40s that I became more sensitive to low humidity. It used to hit me when I would go to places like Phoenix for work. Now the first thing I do when I get into the hotel room in a low humidity environment is run a hot shower for 10 minutes or so and get the humidity above the level of chalk. Makes a huge difference.

Get a Neti Pot. It helps me out a lot.

Sounds silly, but snort warm water out of your hand a few times a day. Also useful when trying to clear nasal passages.
