I didn't get my point across.

Pay her what the haircut is worth to you. $15. $30. $45.

Remove her and her shop/home from the equation. Remove Internet opinions about tipping from the equation.

I usually can't get to my girl until late in the evening and if she stays open later for me I will tip her.
