Could you live full-time in one? Watching this show where people with kids are moving into these 200 square feet houses on wheels. Can't imagine living full-time in something that small.

Too small. I could probably live in one of those nice campers though on a lake

Single? Absolutely.

Wife and/or family? Absolutely not.

I could easily live in one alone... With my wife and kids... Not so much.

I actually plan to build one or as I prefer to call it... a camp in a few years.

My neighbor at the lake just replaced his flooded camp with one, really cool (lots of innovation) and he has a nice deck they can spill out to, but the sleeping situation is not acceptable. You climb a ladder to a mattress on the floor, not for me.

Yep, no way I am climbing down stairs in the middle of the night to piss every 4 hours.

You could build a cabin with a loft for the price. They won't hold on to their long term value, and at a 60-70k tag, just not worth it.

It's a millennial thing. Normal people wouldn't do it.

Just me and my dog, I'd love it.

Add a woman, hell no. I value my privacy and alone time. There'd be nowhere to hide.

With an actual family that would be hell on earth.

They always leave out of the cost for the land and utilities hookups. Congrats, you built a camp on a trailer and have nowhere to park it.

My wife thinks we should do this when we retire in a couple of years. Me not so much. In honesty, me not at all. I need space and alone time. A tiny house would make that non-existent. No way to tolerate each other 24/7.

I looked at one that is 900 sq feet. Ok with me. $40K with water heater/washer/drier/ stove and fridge.
More for the hookups, another driveway, infrastructure, of course.

I am thinking of putting one on my land. They make them in Arizona.

I have a normal 1441 sq ft
2 bed two bath and two offices (yes, I know, two offices is unique. When I bought it one office was called a bedroom. no closet.)
My plot is big enough that in this county I can legally put/build a second house on the land.
