It’s Silicon Valley telling you that internet bucks are worth more than real life successes.

Influencers on social media are also slaves to their followers and they don’t even know it - shite cuts both ways.

After you do this, just up and move to a remote location and change your cell number.

Talk about freedom!!

Simple. I'm retiring from the military this year and I need it to ensure that I land quality employment before I leave

You fixing to find out that LinkedIn isn't what you think. If you haven't established a good network of current and former military colleagues, you've already fricked yourself.

I work in IT and have seen one or two job descriptions in my field that said "Facebook and Twitter account required". I have no clue why because my job has nothing do to with social media.

I guess they want to internet stalk you or share company posts? I guess I'd create one and friend my dad or someone like that

I told my wife this just the other day, I really believe responsible sensible adults will walk away from social media in the near future and the only people left will be lower class trash and kids. it’s too toxic and unproductive.

That black mirror episode where society was determined by your social media status was so scary and true.

It was the most terrifying episode IMO b/c of how easily you could see it happening.

We're almost there.

Been saying it for a while now. Twitter is a fricking cancer and before too long I pray it won’t be the official voice of the people. Unfortunately right now, it seems as though Twitter is calling the shots.

I’m leaving all social media but this.

Social media is disease with attention whore women. Either baby pics or selfies or more attention pictures and white liberals apologizing for the stupidest shite.

I've been saying this for years. It's nothing but negativity and I have enough problems and issues to deal with in my real life without made up bullshite.

The amount of time I typed a post and immediately deleted it on Twitter this week is record breaking. I’m only going TD from now on
