Probably abandoned, that’s what they do with heaps in Hawaii, just leave them on the side of the road, no junkyards

Not in this case...according to the guy who filmed it, the car owner wasn't home at the time but showed up a couple of hours later to get his car.

In East Texas, there would be 8 guys standing around staring at the fire, drinking cold beer and kicking the empties into it. At some point, one guy would try to light his cig from it and burn his eyebrows off.
