Except she wasn't fired for posting the racist things (also, notice it was multiple things, not just one). She was told to take them down. They wouldn't have fired her had she not gone viral. Also, her post were actually racist. There was nothing racist in the vid the OP, unless your argument is it is racist anytime anyone uses the n word in any context.
