The Democratic DA of this Democratic- run City has already announced that with rare exceptions he will not prosecute or even charge any Democrats who participate in the Democratic riots. That would be law enforcement, and law enforcement is racist.

Well one group just wanted to live life, the other is destroying things. It’s a wee bit different. I do think curfews for the most part are stupid. They could have easily trapped protesters on the bridge without curfew.

I don't remember any laws that said people were prohibited from going to work or shopping. I know of plenty of laws that prohibit arson, looting, and assaulting police.

If the protest were actually peaceful and not illegally blocking roads I would have zero issue with it. I would even be ok if the only damage was to govt property.

However, you block traffic and destroy buildings then you get trapped on the bridge. They need to bring out lines of bull dozers on each side and slowly come at them.
