Thoughts on People Who Say, "Happy Friday!"

What are your thoughts on people who say, "happy Friday"? It can be in an email, walking by you in the office or maybe even a cashier at the coffee shop. I know I have a lot of clout so I'm going to withhold my thoughts so I do not sway the great minds of the O-T.

On WAFB they often say "Good Friday..." as a greeting. No. There's one Good Friday during the year. Don't be an idiot.

If you're implying that's what I think, that's not true at all. I'm asking because I'm in sales and I'll sometimes (for certain clients) start an email that way. I just can't decide if I hate myself for doing it or not

Does that really bother some of you? Ya'll some grumpy MFers . People like the weekend. They're excited it's Friday, I get it. I'm sure I've said it before. Probably in passing to a co-worker when we've both had a hard week and we finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Now if you mean people shouting "Happy Friday!" in conjunction with being a super peppy morning person that's in your face the second you walk in, then yeah it can be annoying.
