Do yall really believe that is what they are saying?

They dont want those that "condone nazis". I would bet my life if you are a white republican, you "condone" nazis in their eyes

That’s what you took from white supremacy and nazis? You’re either easily offended or guilty of one of those two words.

You honestly think that is what they are saying?

What is the noticeable neo-nazi population in NOLA if they have to come out and say that?

NOLA must have some seriously fricked up nazi problems.

Just one more problem with that city.

Traffic, crime, poverty, nazis...

What’s next?

Im not offended at all, I just dont bury my head in the sand.

Do you not have your pulse on the current landscape of society?

To many, a white republican who voted for trump means you are a white supremacist. To deny that would be hilarious

Now, the cowbell owner may not be one of these people, but if I were forced to bet, I would say he is

This won’t end well for Cowbell. It’s in a location that needs people to want to go there and now they took out 50% of their customer base. Typically this results in the loss of 15-20% of your current business.

How am I bothered? Why do people assume you are bothered by something simply by disagreeing?

Sounds a lot like self-projection and/or self-persecution.

Either you have a problem with white supremacism/Nazis or you don't.

Any problem I have with them is theoretical

I don't encounter them and neither do you

It's a sad state of affairs when their statement - dumb as it may be - takes out 50% of their customer base. People need to grow a pair.

Correct. Almost everyone is against Nazis, also, almost everyone has never encountered one, especially one so bold to be obvious about it in a restaurant.

So, the fact the restaurant felt the need to say they wont condone those that support Nazis, tells me their definition of those that support nazis is very very broad and likely radical (aka anyone that Voted republican last election)

Private business. They should be able to serve the people that they want. Let the free market take care of it.

What if you arent offended, arent mad, but simply dont want to give someone money who you disagree with or think is stupid? Why do you "need to grow a pair?"

So we have COURTS telling cake shops they have to make wedding cakes for queers, but these frickstains can advertise their close-mindedness on their website and refuse service at will?

No. You're free to take them to court if they refuse you service for being a Nazi or a Trump supporter. You'll win with ease.

ETA - It may not be as clear cut as I implied.

Based on what? LA law or something?

In today’s environment, if you are white, you merely claim to identify as “whatever else it takes” to take advantage of the loophole and snatch a good meal.

Not many people condone hate so I don't see the issue. We also have people on both sides of the political spectrum that condone hate.

Based on the wrong assumption that LA law considered political affiliation a protected class. It does not.

The right to refuse service is still limited, and it can't be arbitrary, but that case isn't as strong as I originally thought in LA.
