I probably would not grill in this particular extreme cold spell, but there is something extra refreshing when grilling while it's snowing...the average winter day doesn't stop most people from grilling.

That's what I basically said, people grill in the snow. At least they grill on an average winter day. When it's extreme like this, up north, it's not likely you'll catch someone grilling.
