According to his intro he is a wildly successful engineer, who came up with this pretty impressive device design, but you think he missed something that obvious? I'm sure when it is closed that glitter cup is sealed. Like how a closed water bottle doesn't spill when it's tipped over... Just because he didn't go into excruciating detail about every aspect of the design doesn't mean he didn't consider that.

This depends on the state... yes, the store does have policies to let them do it, but they do report them to authorities and they are investigated. If this happens in New Orleans, its called shrink loss and it is expected.

i would have added pepper spray to go along with the glitter and fart spray
i just dont think getting glitter dust everywhere is that big a deal really, maybe have it spray manure or something more permanent to ruin their shite
