I can't get past the "I wasn't there" statement.

When the police are out-gunned and stand down, while 10yo’s are slaughtered, and rapid fire politics fire before last child is fully bled out, rather than all hands on deck to work together towards preventing this from ever happening again, perhaps the condition of our country’s soul is the biggest story not being told. Bleed on sentence intended.

Yeah, I said this last night. Barney and Gomer Pyle would no question take a bullet for an innocent child. These people are so stupid that Barney being there would have been a major plus and asset.

Some other poster condescendingly compared these cops to the Mexican cartels, and I pointed out that the cartels being there would have been a major plus and killed him in five fricking seconds. Basically no one wants dead 10 year olds, even among the most evil in our society.
