For the same reason many choose to live in Mandeville vs Covington or the the south shore?

Completely different builder, McKinney is not making that mistake.

Build it and they will come I guess. It worked for Allen, they are National contenders on a regular basis.
What kind of revenue are they expecting to pull in per year?

If there's so much money why not put your kids in a private school?
The public schools in Collin Co. are better than most private schools in Louisiana. Most are 10 out of 10 or 9 out of 10 in school ratings.

Not sure, I did not see the pro forma but it will be rented out for events, concerts, etc.

And Allen's stadium is less than 15 minutes away.
Construction on 75 says otherwise.

It's weird, because public schools are kind of the thing here in Texas. Private schools are kind of a joke, at least athletics wise for the most part. TAPPS is so watered down.
Obviously there are some shitty public schools, FWISD and DISD for the most part suck, but Aledo, Allen, McKinney, Lake Travis, Katy - you won't get a better education or an opportunity to showcase your athletic talents.

75 sucks, but I think 635 and 380 are the true Devil's a-hole.

I go on stemmons around the construction and it's not too bad.

Some places have good public schools. Schools are only as good as the students. Good kids, good schools.
I would take that one step further and contend that students/kids are only as good as their household/parents/upbringing teach them to be.

I don't know what is the exact cause of the concrete cracking or what other issues they may have but I will say being in construction sometimes the architect and/or the engineers are to blame but the contractor ends up taking the scape goat ....
I know when they pour that much volume of concrete it has to cooled down and the tempeture monitored during the pour .,..

They've been rated the top relocation city in the country for some years now. The expansion and development in that area since the mid 2k's is nuts. shite ton of Louisiana natives there. DFW has the best school system in the country and North DFW is hands down the best place to live in the country. There's a saying that you don't have to leave the state of Texas but North Texas alone has everything. No better place to raise a family. Jerry Jone aint HOF for nothing.

I would put Frisco isd against any school district in the country. Education, sports, facilities are all top notch. Money plays a large part of this, but more importantly is the community cares about the right things.

And have early voting going on right now for a property tax increase for Frisco schools. FWIW, I voted NO.

Went through this on my way to the Choctaw Casino last night - what an absolute nightmare. And yeah, that area has become the boomtown of Dallas. Service road of 75 is a copy/paste of the same box stores and restaurants every 10 miles.
