His radio stuff is catchy and unique, above average for sure. But his huge chart numbers say a lot about how bad and unoriginal the new music landscape is these days

Dude is a better OT baller IRL than any poster here. He pays his homie $1000 a day to hold his beer bong

But you said today all you have to do is know people and get lucky.
What did it take before? Today it is easier to cut out the middle man.. Since people can stream their music.. But it has always come down to whether people like the music or not.
Every generation thinks their generation had the best music, etc and that "today's" music is crap.
I remember my mom telling me about how her dad thought Elvis was horrible. If he came on TV and change the channel. He would say "he looks like he is trying to shake shite out of his pants".
When I was a teenager my parents thought the music we listened to was bad.
The world apologizes things doesn't stay stuck in the time everyone grew up in.

Cool, now more dumbasses will get face tats.

The dude that did Blues Clues is probably worth more than almost every poster here. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything

All you have to be is lucky and know people to make it in music these days. Talent not really needed. Any dumbfrick with luck and connections can make it big.
Not really a Post Malone but the dude us supremely talented. Just because you don't like something does not mean that person is not talented.

Everyone in the US will have heard a Post Malone song at some point. He’s had a unbelievable number of hits in only a few years.

Called him boomer. Mentioned dad jeans. Told him to drink Geritol.
It's over - he's done.

He is not even close to being one if the most successful musicians of all time and no he hasn’t had the number 1-5 hits at the same time as the Beatles have had
