Not even a little bit? I'll agree genetics can be unfair but you could do a bit of exercise and not consume mass quantities of food to accumulate so much fat tissue.

I work my arse off so that I can eat how I want (for the most part) without being fat af

There is no genetics that make you as fat as her. You didn't have people that size 100 years ago. There are definitely some people that have a great metabolism that yes can eat like you and not gain an ounce, but with proper diet and exercise, no one gets that large.
