Aside from the distraction, the video is absolutely dumb. No clear concept of how to break up the fear and conquer social anxiety. Just a random platitude.

Reminds me of Mrs Hotard, a Jr high teacher. Her toe was visible when she wore a dress. She was hott. She moved me from the back of the class to the front ,right on the corner by her desk to keep an eye on me. The way she sat on the corner of that desk and crossed her legs me and the girl behind me got a good look at lips ever time she'd cross/uncross her legs. She was awesome

Exactly. If you have SAD and go to the function, you’re not going to randomly start chatting with someone…because you have social anxiety.
And if they offer you a $20k MC gig, you’re going to turn it down because being an MC is not something you want to be if you have social anxiety.
