Years ago in a city far away, I was towed from a business parking lot across the street from a bar. I was the designated driver that night, too. Had parked in that lot a few times per year when visiting friends and at the bar.

They towed me to an awful neighborhood and I had to go get the car at 3am and wait for the tow driver for 90 minutes to unlock. I had some pretty choice words for the business that did tow me and will never use them again.

How would they be able to generate revenue off of alcohol tax and DUIs if they stopped drinking?
