First thing she tells them is their back pain is only going to go away if they lose weight. She'll help them do that through exercise but this they've got to get their diet and activity in order.
I'm assuming their parents lose their shite.

I know a pediatric endocrinologist who treats a lot of adolescents with Type 2 Diabetes. That used to be unheard of.
That said, I'm betting a lot of those posts are trolls.

Hard for me to find a schadenfreude in reading that.
However, notice that it is constantly "me, me, me, I, my, my, our, me, I, me, I, our", etc. She came across as a narcissist of the highest order...maybe she is a bit off, too. No sense of others, selflessness, service, etc.

I see so many fat kids now at work it makes me sad. 100 lb 4 year olds and parents don't think anything is wrong with their child's weight.

Not sure whether to

Anyone else remember how in Wall-E everyone was too fat to even walk?
I'm honestly kind of afraid of that future.

Does anyone actually believe that morbidly obese people are legitimately happy with their appearance?
Try as they might other humans won't be attracted to you, no matter how much you cry oppression and how happy you claim to be in your body.

That's because walking is thin privilege and Pixar didn't want to discriminate.

I refuse to believe these are real, just for my own sanity

lack of empathy and compassion is much much worse for this country than the obesity epidemic.
