I've seen that he goes and opens people's car doors at times. Not sure you can just open people's door regardless of what their doing. Also I would troll him. I would wait for him to show up and then pick up a hooker and drive somewhere and when he showed up we would be playing chess.

I'm surprised that this guy can post shite with license plates and unburied faces on youtube. while you have to assume they are fricking, if he doesn't get them on camera fricking, this could be seen as slander I would think.
