I'm guessing what happened is that she was out at some bar or something drinking. She called Uber to give her a ride home or elsewhere. Before they left she damaged his car. That's the dent we see in the side of it. This either started the argument or they were already arguing, and she damaged the car in retaliation to some other conflict. Actually, wait I think I got it. He was sitting outside waiting for her and she was keeping him waiting. When she finally gets to the car they get into an argument over her taking too long. She then damages the car. He refuses to give her a ride, and the rest is what we see in the video of her throwing a temper tantrum.

Seems like the dent was from something else, and it doesn't look like she got the right driver considering the confrontation.
