'I am trying to earn a bit of money from my old belongings and why not?'
However horrified cosmetic surgery insiders warned second-hand implants posed a serious health risk.

It's medical waste, plus a new set will only run you $700-$1000. The surgeon, anesthesiologists, etc are what push the cost of surgery, not the implants themselves.
