I know a woman who used to (she can't get away with it anymore) constantly ask people how old they thought she was. She did look somewhat young for her age and routinely got guesses from people that were about 5 to 10 years younger than her actual age.
The only problem was at some point the guesses started being either accurate or (gasp!) older in most cases. It was funny watching her get all indignant when this started happening. It had to be a real bummer for her to be able to EXACTLY pinpoint the time in her life where her looks started shitting the bed.

There is no reason a 45 year old woman can look like a 25 year old one from the neck down IF she puts her mind to it and is willing to spend the time and effort on it.

This. My wife takes VERY good care of her skin and body. Which is why she's still a knockout at 43 and most people think she's in her early 30's.
