WTF? You really are an idiot. Someone else (as in not me) mentioned what the people from the podcast you referring to said about Ard. That's when I gave my opinion based on the interview he gave.
For whatever reason, this is personal to you and because you are looking at this with emotion, you are looking at things in a completely different direction.
If you are mad because I simply mentioned the podcast then I don't know what to tell you. I don't know the people who do it, its not that great of a podcast, but I also mentioned why I listen to it. And if I feel like mentioning it again, I will. Stop reading if you are going to melt over it. I am not trying to promote them, I have simply stated when I mention something that I got from listening to it.
But it seems like whatever it is that is personal to you, you should seek help for because it is bothering you a lot more than it should.

I am obviously not a lawyer and don't really know for sure, but I would imagine it would depend on whether or not there is more information that she can provide that they don't have on video.
If they can prove all the charges on the Perkins without any information she has then she isn't going to have much to work with. But I doubt she will see the jail time Dennis & his wife will get.
